Hi, I’m Hank Pham.

I build fast, delightful web apps & Shopify experiences.

Hi, I'm Hank — Phạm Dũng if we’ve met in Vietnam. I'm a software engineer who genuinely enjoys the craft of the web, from squeezing milliseconds out of a render path to sweating the easing curve on a hover state.
These days I build and scale Shopify apps used by thousands of merchants, working across the stack with React, Next.js, Node and PostgreSQL. Before that I shipped dashboards, realtime tooling and a handful of open-source libraries.
When I’m not shipping, I write about performance, reverse-engineer animations I like, and over-engineer my own portfolio (you’re looking at exhibit A).
